Scheduling
No matter your schedule, we can work with you. We are 100% flexible and committed to work with your schedule so that your life is not disrupted. Again, we are here to make your life easier through the building process.
With that said, it usually takes us between 120 and 180 days to complete construction on a house.

Sure, a house looks great once it’s finished. But it looks even better when it’s furnished with furniture, paint, and home decor. Sometimes you need some help making your home look as good as Houzz, HGTV, or DIY Network. We can offer you some design assistance should you feel you need some help in that arena.

You get a custom house plan that is done-for-you by us that fits you exactly. We take into account your visual tastes, lifestyle, and functionality. Your house plan is 100% custom to you.
Daily Site Visits

We want you to have minimal energy usage once you move into your new home and we do that by using green building standards. With our knowledge and experience in building energy-efficient homes, you can be assured that your home will be one of the most energy-efficient homes in your neighborhood.
ABOUT US
Daniel and Jennifer Menden are Arkansas natives and are proud to call Sherwood home. Even prior to their marriage in 2005, they worked together in construction management. In 2007, Daniel obtained his contractor’s license and has been building homes ever since. Since then, they have had two daughters and have enjoyed working as a family.
Daniel is not only a home builder. He has been hands on in many aspects so he is fully aware of the requirements of building . He is on site daily and has jumped in to help his subcontractors if needed. Jennifer custom draws each floor plan and has a serious eye for detail. She coordinates all client meetings, designs each home, and manages budgets and scheduling.
